Immediate Implant Placement and Osseo Densification

Furcation involvement and compromised prognosis of an upper molar. A second upper molar has a compromised prognosis because an inter radicular crack. The tooth is gently removed keeping in place the inter radicular bone septum in which the implant will be placed.
The osseo densification and the versah burs allow a well stabilization of the implant at a tissue level.
Allograft and calcium sulfate substitutes are used for preserve the socket. After 8 weeks, we can appreciate a well integration of the ceramic implant in the tissues.
